Welcome to www.kehelacamping.com ("Website"), operated by Kehela Camping ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking an RV or utilizing our services, you ("Customer," "Renter," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility & Drivers: Renters and drivers must be at least 25 years of age with a valid, unrestricted driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Vehicle Usage: The RV must be operated solely by approved drivers. Prohibited uses include off-roading, driving under the influence, illegal activities, or towing unauthorized equipment.

Security Deposit & Damages: A refundable security deposit is collected at the time of booking, together with the full rental amount. Renter assumes full financial responsibility for any damage, missing equipment, excessive dirtiness, or late returns not covered by standard insurance.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kehela Camping shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, personal injury, or loss of personal property arising from the use of our RV or Website.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the rental originates.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kehela Camping, we offer a clear and straightforward cancellation policy to ensure fairness for all our guests:

Cancellations 30 Days or More Prior to Pickup: You will receive a 100% full refund of the total rental amount paid.

Cancellations Between 8 and 30 Days Prior to Pickup: You will receive a 50% refund of the total rental amount. The remaining 50% is non-refundable to cover the reserved dates.

Cancellations Within 7 Days of Pickup: Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the scheduled pickup date are strictly non-refundable, as the full rental reservation becomes fully committed at that point.

Security Deposit Refunds: Security deposits are audited and fully refunded within 3–7 business days following vehicle inspection upon return, minus any applicable fees for damages, fuel refill, or late returns.

Delivery Timeframe & Pickup Policy

Vehicle Pickup & Delivery: Pickup, drop-off, delivery and pack-up times are confirmed at booking. For delivery and The Just Show Up Experience, the trailer is delivered and set up at the booked campsite at the agreed-upon time.

Late Returns: Vehicle returns must occur by the agreed-upon drop-off time. Unapproved late returns between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM will incur a flat fee of $100. Unapproved late returns after 9:00 PM will be charged a full additional day of rental at the current daily rate. All late fees will be charged directly to the payment method on file or deducted from the security deposit.

Products, Services & Pricing

Rental Offerings: Kehela Camping offers recreational vehicle (RV) rentals, along with optional add-on equipment (e.g., camping gear, generator usage, delivery options).

Pricing & Payment: Rates are clearly displayed on www.kehelacamping.com during the booking process. Payment in full is due at the time of booking, for every rental option (self-tow pickup, delivery and The Just Show Up Experience). This includes the rental amount, all fees and add-ons, applicable taxes, the refundable security deposit and a 3% online booking fee calculated on the full amount charged at booking, including the security deposit. The refundable security deposit itself is returned in full, less any applicable charges. A booking is confirmed once payment is completed.

Information We Collect: We collect personal details necessary to process your rental, including your name, contact details, driver’s license information, and payment processing details.

How We Use Your Data: Your information is strictly used to fulfill rental bookings, process payments, verify driving credentials, communicate booking details, and comply with legal requirements.

Data Sharing: We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share data with trusted third parties necessary to run our business (such as payment gateways, insurance providers, and credit processors).

Data Security: We implement standard security measures to protect your personal and payment information during transmission and storage.
